Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Dr. Kristin Ling grew up with a love for sports, outdoor activity, and healthy living. She completed her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Laurentian University with a concentration in Health Promotion before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Throughout her training, Dr. Ling developed a deep interest in caring for babies, children, and growing families. Her clinical experience includes providing chiropractic care at the Aptus Children’s Centre, where she supported children with developmental disabilities—an experience that strengthened her commitment to gentle, supportive pediatric care.

As a mom of two young girls, Dr. Ling brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her practice. She understands the unique physical demands women face during pregnancy and postpartum, and she knows firsthand the importance of supporting children through their development, growth, and milestone achievement. Her goal is to create a space where families feel informed, comfortable, and empowered.

Dr. Ling enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, but finds caring for babies, children, and pre- and post-natal patients especially rewarding.

Dr. Drew Martinow has been practicing chiropractic since 2019 after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology with First Class Standing from Brock University, where he developed a strong foundation in human movement, performance, and rehabilitation.

With a passion for restoring functional movement, Dr. Martinow combines hands-on therapy with active strategies to help patients move confidently and live pain-free. Jacob studied at the University of Waterloo where he completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Honors Kinesiology with a focus in Rehabilitation Sciences and Advanced Human Nutrition. He then attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where he received his Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.) in 2022. Jacob has worked in several high caliber, multidisciplinary clinical environments as an osteopathic manual practitioner. This experience has informed his treatment style to work well with other disciplines as well as be effective as an independent provider. Dr. Lisa Murray B.Sc., N.D., R.Ac. (formerly Doran) is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and a Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.). and a leader in the field of women’s medicine. Dr. Murray blends compassionate care with over two and a half decades of clinical experience. Donna Saal was born and raised in Pembroke and is thrilled to be back in the Valley doing what she loves. She graduated from the Physiotherapy program at the University of Ottawa in 1996 and started on a path of post graduate training that has led to a great interest in orthopedics, manual therapy, women’s health, and pediatrics.

Over the course of the last 30 years, Donna has evolved her practice and skills to nurture a specialization in women’s health including pre-natal care, post-partum rehabilitation, breast cancer care, as well as advanced skill in helping women through their menopausal journey. Donna utilizes manual therapy as well as her training in strength and conditioning/ yoga training to help her clientele with recovery, the treatment of pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and moving toward health and wellness. Paul Saal B. Sc.PT

Registered Physiotherapist

Paul was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. After competing high school, he moved to Ottawa to attend University and in 1996 graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy program. After graduating University, he worked for a few years in Niagara Falls and then his hometown of Sudbury before relocating to Pembroke.

Since graduating physiotherapy school, Paul has maintained a focus on helping individuals suffering from painful musculoskeletal problems. To complement the knowledge and skills obtained from his university physiotherapy education, he has also extensively studied osteopathic theory and techniques, manual therapy, massage and soft tissue release techniques, acupuncture, spine health and injury rehabilitation, as well as hand rehabilitation.

In addition to his academic and clinical education regarding the human body, Paul has been a lifelong participant in sport and exercise. He has studied martial arts, has participated in rock climbing and back country adventures. Has trained and competed in the endurance sports of cycling, running, and triathlons up to the ironman distance. Now, as an ageing athlete, he continues to participate in endurance cycling events and maintains a mobility and strength training regimen. The personal experience gained from this participation, along with the training, and physical challenges that go along with these have provided him with real world self-embodied knowledge of injures and the healing process.

The academic, clinical and personal real-world experience to injury has also led to a desire to better understand the psycho-emotional consequences of injury, pain, and physical dysfunction. Towards this end, Paul has extensively studied and practiced mindfulness and meditation, has maintained a daily practice of these, and is currently enrolled in a multi=year program which blends the study of contemplative techniques and western psychology modalities.

Registered Physiotherapist Justin Zadow is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience helping individuals return to pain free, active lives. He holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Physical Therapy from Western University in London, Ontario.

Justin has completed extensive post graduate training, including advanced manual therapy, dry needling, McKenzie Method, and McGill low back courses, as well as many others along his career development. He specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and the treatment of everyday mechanical aches and pains.
